Notes: From the 2024 Call onwards, the European Commission recommends that for each individual mobility, the “Learning Agreement” and “Learning Agreement Complement” forms are replaced by the “AE-SE-VET Europass Learning agreement and certificate of learning outcomes” form. Instructions for using the form can be found here . However, should the beneficiary organisation wish to continue to use the two older forms (as presented above or in any other format covering the information they should contain), it is entitled to do so.

Option 1:
Starting in 2024, the European Commission recommends that for each mobility activity, the documents “Learning Agreement” (pre-mobility document) and “Europass Mobility Certificate” (post-mobility document) be created and managed from the Beneficiary Module tool. Guidance for the completion of the documents can be found here .Technical Instructions on how to complete and generate the documents through the Beneficiary Module can be found here. If the beneficiary chooses to use alternative documents, these documents must contain at least the same information as the templates recommended by the EU.
For your reference, the standard templates are available here (both templates are included in a single file, although they are two separate documents).
The use of the “Learning Agreement” form is optional; however, it is considered good practice for the proper management of individual mobility activities. The use of the “Europass Mobility Certificate” is mandatory.
Option 2:
In the event that the beneficiary organizations wish to continue using the two older forms,(either as found below or by creating other documents containing at least the info that is contained in the templates recommended by the EU) they are entitled to do so.
