Learning Agreement & Learning Agreement Complement:
Only for 2024 Call, two different options are available:
Option 1:
Starting in 2024, the European Commission recommends that for each mobility activity, the documents “Learning Agreement” (pre-mobility document) and “Europass Mobility Certificate” (post-mobility document) be created and managed from the Beneficiary Module tool. Guidance for the completion of the documents can be found here .Technical Instructions on how to complete and generate the documents through the Beneficiary Module can be found here. If the beneficiary chooses to use alternative documents, these documents must contain at least the same information as the templates recommended by the EU.
For your reference, the standard templates are available here (both templates are included in a single file, although they are two separate documents).
Option 2:
In the event that the beneficiary organizations wish to continue using the two older forms,(either as found below or by creating other documents containing at least the info that is contained in the templates recommended by the EU) they are entitled to do so.
+ Learning Programme for Group Activities
Only for 2024 Call, two different options are available:
Option 1:
Starting in 2024, the European Commission recommends that for group mobilities the document “Learning programme for group mobility” be created and managed from the Beneficiary Module tool (A separate Learning Agreement is not required for each participant in a group mobility activity). Technical Instructions on how to complete and generate the document through the Beneficiary Module can be found here
If the beneficiary chooses to use an alternative document, this document must contain at least the same information as the template recommended by the EU.

Option 2:
In the event that the beneficiary organizations wish to continue using the older form (either as found below or by creating another document containing at least the info that is contained in the template recommended by the EU) , they are entitled to do so.

This document becomes activated in the Beneficiary module only in the case that the mobility participant is flagged as accompanying person . If the beneficiary chooses to use an alternative document, this document must contain at least the same information as the template recommended by the EU.
