Eligibility, Evaluation & Applicant Notification
ΚΑ121:
Applications submitted to the National Agencies are initially subject to an eligibility check. Regarding the applicable eligibility criteria, applicants may consult the Programme Guide.
Applications that successfully pass the eligibility check are awarded funding based on the available budget for the Action (per field). If the available budget is not sufficient to meet the needs of the accredited organisations, a competitive allocation procedure is applied, based on the allocation criteria set by the National Agency (Funds allocation criteria by sector) and the tool developed for this purpose by the EU.
ΚΑ122:
Applications submitted to the National Agencies are initially subject to an eligibility check. Regarding the applicable eligibility criteria, applicants may consult the Programme Guide.
Applications that successfully pass the eligibility check are then subject to a quality assessment. The assessment process and the evaluation criteria can be found here.
ΚΑ121 & ΚΑ122:
Applicants receive an official notification letter regarding the results. In addition, after the completion of the selection cycle procedures, the National Agency publishes the results of the Call on the official Erasmus+ programme website.
In case an applicant does not agree with the approved grant amount and/or the procedure followed during the evaluation of their application, they may submit an appeal, following the process described on the website of the Foundation (IDEP).
