Key Action 2 – Small-Scale Partnerships
Small-scale Partnerships are projects for cooperation among organisations from different countries aiming at:
- Attracting newcomers, less experienced organisations and small-scale actors to the Programme.
- Supporting the inclusion of target groups with fewer opportunities.
- Supporting active European citizenship and bringing the European dimension to the local level.
The main objectives of Small-scale Partnerships are to:
- Exchange, develop and implement new practices/ methods/ ideas and experiences.
- Produce high-quality and innovative results.
- Enhance the quality of organisations’ activities/ practices.
- Build the capacity of organisations for transnational/ cross-sectoral cooperation.
- Address common needs and implement joint actions/initiatives;
- Enable transformation and change (at individual/ organisational/ sectoral level).

KA210-ADU Adult Education
KA210-SCH School Education
KA210-VET Vocational Education and Training
KA210-YOU Youth
To be considered for funding, a Small-Scale Partnership project, through its objectives, activities and results, must address at least:
One horizontal European priority
and/or
One specific priority relevant to the field of education, training, youth and sport that is mostly impacted.
On behalf of all participating organisations involved in the partnership, only one must act as the Applicant (Coordinator) and submit the grant application to the National Agency of their country.

Ο ελάχιστος αριθμός συμμετεχόντων οργανισμών στην κοινοπραξία είναι 2, από δύο διαφορετικές Χώρες.
Ανά OID και προθεσμία, το ανώτατο όριο αιτήσεων για τις αιτήσεις που υποβάλλονται αθροιστικά στους τομείς SCH, VET, ADU και YOU είναι 10. Κάθε OID μπορεί να λειτουργήσει ως αιτητής για 1 μόνο αίτηση ανά Προθεσμία.
Επιλέξιμες Δραστηριότητες
Οι οργανισμοί μπορούν να επιλέξουν και να υλοποιήσουν ένα ευρύ φάσμα δραστηριοτήτων, που συμβάλουν ι στην επίτευξη των στόχων του σχεδίου τους, ανάλογα με το εύρος και τις ικανότητες της σύμπραξης. Τα τρία είδη δραστηριοτήτων, που λαμβάνουν χώρα στo πλαίσιo μίας Σύμπραξης Μικρής Κλίμακας, είναι τα ακόλουθα:

Eligible Organisations
- Public/ Private Organizations, with legal entity status. Informal groups of young people are not eligible.
- Organisations active in any field of Education and Training, Youth, Sports, or other socio-economic sectors, as well as organisations carrying out activities that are transversal to different fields.
- OID holders.
- Any organisation established in (a) an EU Member State, or (b) Third Country associated to the Programme.
- The minimum number of organisations participating in a transnational project is two (2), from two (2) different countries.
- The same organisation (one OID) cannot be involved in more than five (5) applications overall per deadline, regardless of the field selected (Education and Training or Youth).
- An organisation (one OID) can apply (as the Applicant/ Coordinator) only once (1 application) per deadline.
Eligible Activities

Organisations may select and implement a wide range of activities to achieve their project objectives, depending on the scope and capabilities of the partnership. The three key types of activities within a Small-scale Partnership are as follows:
- Essential for ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the project.
- Involve the production and development of the project’s key deliverables.
- Focus on the promotion of the project's results.
• at the seat of an Institution of the European Union, if duly justified in relation to the objectives or implementation of the project.
Duration of Projects
Between 6 and 24 months.
Funding Rules:
The funding model is based on a pre-defined lump sum grant, which corresponds to the total grant amount for the project and covers all its eligible activities and results.
Available lump sums grants:
- EUR 30 000
- EUR 60 000
