Key Action 2 – Collaborative Partnerships

 Collaborative Partnerships are cooperation projects between organisations from different countries, aiming at:

  • Exchanging, developing and implementing new practices/methods/ideas and experiences.
  • Producing quality and innovative results.
  • Enhancing the quality of organisations’ activities/practices.
  • Building capacity of organisations for transnational/cross-sectoral cooperation.
  • Fulfilling common needs and implementing joint actions-initiatives.
  • Enabling transformation and change (individual/organisation/sector level)

Through its objectives, activities and results, each project should address at least:

A horizontal European priority
and/or
A sectoral European priority

One of the partnership organisations must always act as the applying organisation (coordinator) and the grant application is submitted to the National Agency in its country.

The applying organisation must have been legally established in the country where the application is submitted at least two years before the application deadline.

Κάτοχοι OID

Οργανισμοί που προέρχονται από: α) Κράτη-Μέλη, β) Τρίτες Χώρες Συνδεδεμένες με το Πρόγραμμα, γ) Τρίτες Χώρες Μη συνδεδεμένες με το Πρόγραμμα (μόνο εάν η συμμετοχή τους προσδίδει αξία στο Σχέδιο)

* Εξαίρεση αποτελούν οι οργανισμοί από Λευκορωσία και Ρωσική Ομοσπονδία, καθώς και οι άτυπες ομάδες νέων.

Ο ελάχιστος αριθμός συμμετεχόντων οργανισμών στην κοινοπραξία είναι 3, από τρία διαφορετικά Κράτη-Μέλη ή Τρίτες Χώρες, συνδεδεμένες με το Πρόγραμμα

Ανά OID και προθεσμία, το ανώτατο όριο αιτήσεων για τις αιτήσεις που υποβάλλονται αθροιστικά στους τομείς SCH, VET, ADU και YOU είναι 10, είτε ο οργανισμός θα λειτουργήσει ως αιτητής είτε ως εταίρος. Εξαιρείται ο τομέας της Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης (HED).

Είναι δυνατή η συμμετοχή συνδεδεμένων εταίρων (associated partners), οι οποίοι αναλαμβάνουν να διεκπεραιώσουν συγκεκριμένες εργασίες αλλά δε λαμβάνουν καμία επιχορήγηση από το Πρόγραμμα.

Επιλέξιμες Δραστηριότητες

Κάθε Σχέδιο αποτελείται από Πακέτα/Δέσμες Εργασιών

Κάθε Δέσμη Εργασίας περιλαμβάνει συγκεκριμένες Δραστηριότητες, οι οποίες  συμβάλλουν στην επίτευξη κοινών στόχων και αποτελεσμάτων. Οι οργανισμοί έχουν την ευελιξία να επιλέξουν τον βέλτιστο συνδυασμό δραστηριοτήτων ανάλογα με το εύρος και τις ικανότητες της σύμπραξης. Τα τρία είδη δραστηριοτήτων, που λαμβάνουν χώρα στο πλαίσιο μίας Σύμπραξης Συνεργασίας, είναι τα ακόλουθα:

Δραστηριότητες Διαχείρισης

Δραστηριότητες που είναι απαραίτητες για τη διασφάλιση του κατάλληλου σχεδιασμού, της υλοποίησης και της παρακολούθησης του σχεδίου, περιλαμβανομένης της ομαλής και αποτελεσματικής συνεργασίας μεταξύ των εταίρων του σχεδίου.

Δραστηριότητες Υλοποίησης

Μπορεί να περιλαμβάνουν εκδηλώσεις δικτύωσης και συναντήσεις για την ανταλλαγή γνώσεων, εμπειριών και πρακτικών και την ανάπτυξη αποτελεσμάτων.

Δραστηριότητες Διάδοσης των Αποτελεσμάτων

Διοργάνωση συνεδρίων, συναντήσεων, εκδηλώσεων που αποσκοπούν στην ανταλλαγή, επεξήγηση και προώθηση των αποτελεσμάτων του σχεδίου, είτε αυτά έχουν τη μορφή απτών αποτελεσμάτων, συμπερασμάτων, ορθών πρακτικών είτε οποιαδήποτε άλλη μορφή.

* Όλες οι δραστηριότητες πρέπει να πραγματοποιούνται σε μία από τις χώρες των συμμετεχόντων οργανισμών στην κοινοπραξία, σε πόλη όπου εδρεύει κάποιο θεσμικό όργανο της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης ή στα πλαίσια διακρατικών εκδηλώσεων, σχετικών  με τη θεματική του Σχεδίου (μόνο για δραστηριότητες διάδοσης).

Eligible Organisations

  • Public/Private Organisations, with legal status
  • Organisations active in the fields of Education and Training, Youth, Sports, other socio-economic sectors and cross-sectoral
  • OID holders
  • Organisations coming from: a) Member States, b) Third Countries Associated to the Programme, c) Third Countries Not associated to the Programme (only if their participation adds value to the Project)
    * Exceptions are organisations from Belarus and the Russian Federation, as well as informal youth groups.
  • The minimum number of participating organisations in a partnership is 3, from three different Member States or Third Countries, associated to the Programme.
  • Per OID and deadline, the maximum number of applications for applications submitted cumulatively in the fields SCH, VET, ADU and YOU is 10, whether the organisation will act as an applicant or as a partner. The Higher Education (HED) sector is excluded.
  • Participation is also possible for associated partners that undertake to carry out specific tasks but do not receive any funding from the Programme.

Eligible Activities

  • Each WP includes specific Activities, which contribute to the achievement of common objectives and results. Organisations have the flexibility to choose the optimal combination of activities depending on the scope and capabilities of the partnership. The three types of activities that take place in the framework of a Collaborative Partnership are the following:

Management Activities

  • Activities necessary to ensure proper planning, implementation and monitoring of the project, including smooth and effective cooperation between project partners.

Implementation Activities

  • They may include networking events and meetings to exchange knowledge, experiences and practices and develop results.

Dissemination Activities

  • Organisation of conferences, meetings, events aimed at exchanging and promoting the results of the project, whether in the form of tangible results, conclusions, good practices or any other form.

Project Duration

From 12 to 36 months.

Funding

The funding model is based on a predetermined lump sum, which corresponds to the total amount of the grant and covers all eligible activities of the Project.

  • EUR 250 000
  • EUR 400 000
