Key Action 2 – Small-Scale Partnerships
Small-scale Partnerships are cooperation projects between organisations from different countries focusing on:
- Attracting new entrants with less experience in the Programme, as well as small-scale organisations.
- Supporting the inclusion of target groups with fewer opportunities.
- Supporting active European citizenship and fostering the European dimension at a local level.
The ultimate goal of Small-Scale Partnerships is to:
- Exchange, develop and implement new practices/methods/ideas and experiences.
- Produce quality and innovative results.
- Enhance the quality of activities/practices of organisations.
- Develop the capacity for transnational/cross-sectoral cooperation among organisations.
- Fulfil common needs and implement joint actions-initiatives.
- Enable transformation and change (individual/organisation/sector level)

Areas of Application:
KA210-ADU Adult Education
KA210-SCH School Education
KA210-VET Vocational Education and Training
KA210-YOU Youth
Through its objectives, activities and results, each project should address at least:
A horizontal European priority
and/or
A sectoral European priority
One of the partnership organisations must always act as the applying organisation (coordinator) and the grant application is submitted to the National Agency in its country.
The applying organisation must have been legally established in the country where the application is submitted at least two years before the application deadline.

Ο ελάχιστος αριθμός συμμετεχόντων οργανισμών στην κοινοπραξία είναι 2, από δύο διαφορετικές Χώρες.
Ανά OID και προθεσμία, το ανώτατο όριο αιτήσεων για τις αιτήσεις που υποβάλλονται αθροιστικά στους τομείς SCH, VET, ADU και YOU είναι 10. Κάθε OID μπορεί να λειτουργήσει ως αιτητής για 1 μόνο αίτηση ανά Προθεσμία.
Επιλέξιμες Δραστηριότητες
Οι οργανισμοί μπορούν να επιλέξουν και να υλοποιήσουν ένα ευρύ φάσμα δραστηριοτήτων, που συμβάλουν ι στην επίτευξη των στόχων του σχεδίου τους, ανάλογα με το εύρος και τις ικανότητες της σύμπραξης. Τα τρία είδη δραστηριοτήτων, που λαμβάνουν χώρα στo πλαίσιo μίας Σύμπραξης Μικρής Κλίμακας, είναι τα ακόλουθα:

Eligible Organisations
- Public/Private Organisations, with legal status
- Organisations active in the fields of Education and Training, Youth, Sports, other socio-economic sectors and cross-sectoral
- OID holders
- Organisations coming from: a) Member States, b) Third Countries Associated to the Programme
- The minimum number of participating organisations in a partnership is 2, from two different countries.
- Per OID and deadline, the maximum number of applications for applications submitted cumulatively in sectors SCH, VET, ADU and YOU is 10. Each OID can act as an applicant for only 1 application per Deadline.
Eligible Activities
- Organisations may select and implement a wide range of activities that contribute to achieving their project objectives, depending on the scope and capacities of the partnership. The three types of activities that take place in the framework of a Small-Scale Partnership are the following:
- Activities necessary to ensure proper planning, implementation and monitoring of the project, including smooth and effective cooperation between project partners.
- This may include networking events and meetings to exchange knowledge, experiences and practices and develop results
- Organising conferences, meetings, events aimed at exchanging and promoting the results of the project, be it in the form of tangible results, conclusions, good practices or any other form
Project Duration
From 6 to 24 months.
Funding
The funding model is based on a predetermined lumpsum, which corresponds to the total amount of the grant and covers all eligible activities of the project.
Available Lump sums:
- EUR 30 000
- EUR 60 000
