Youth Participation Activities
Eligible Organizations
The following can participate as leaders or partners:
- Non-profit organization, association, NGO
- European NGO active in the youth sector
- public institution at local, regional, national level
- social enterprise
- for-profit entity active in the field of corporate social responsibility
- informal youth group (A group of at least four young people between the ages of 13 and 30. One of the group members who is at least 18 years old takes on the role of representative, as well as responsibility on behalf of the group)

An application can be submitted by any eligible organization or informal youth group established in an EU Member State or in a third country associated with the program. Partners can be organizations or informal youth groups established in an EU Member State or in a third country linked to the program or in a third country not linked to the program and neighboring the EU (regions 1 to 4). Number and profile of participating organizations
- National Youth Participation Plans: at least one organization must participate.
- Transnational and International Youth Participation Projects: at least two participating organisations from different countries must participate.
Eligible Activities
- Activities must take place in the country of one or more participating organisations. Activities can also take place at the seat of an institution of the European Union, even in a national youth participation activity or if the project does not involve participating organisations from the country where that institution is located.
- Ineligible activities for grant: statutory assemblies of organizations or networks of organizations, organization of party political events, material infrastructure (e.g. costs of construction/purchase of buildings and their fixed equipment).
Eligible Participants
- Young people between 13 and 30 years old residing in the country of the participating organisations and decision-makers relevant to the issues addressed by the project.

- Project management
- Mentoring costs (only for informal youth groups))
- Travel expenses
- Personal Expenses (Living)
- Support for Youth Participation Events
- Integration support for organizations
Based on real costs
- Support for the integration of participants with fewer opportunities (100% of eligible costs)
- Extraordinary costs for providing a financial guarantee and high travel costs (80% of eligible costs), visa and related costs, residence permits, vaccinations, medical certificates and train reservation costs (100% of eligible costs)
Maximum grant per project for youth participation activities: EY 60,000
