Online Application Forms
The Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform serves as the single access point for the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Programmes for the period 2021-2027. It allows, among other things, the submission of applications for grants and accreditations for decentralized actions, as well as the updating of the organisation details that are recorded in the Organisation Registration system.
To access the online application forms, you must have an EU Login account. The EU Login authentication service is a single point for user authentication across a wide range of European Commission information systems.
NB: The EU Login account used to access the online application forms does not need to be the same as the one used to register the organisation’s details.
Once you gain access to the online application forms, you must complete them following the guidelines provided in the relevant guides.
In addition, it is worth mentioning that you can modify and resubmit the application until the application submission deadline.

Application Evaluation Procedure
All applications received by the National Agency of Cyprus undergo an evaluation procedure, firstly implying an eligibility check. Regarding the applicable eligibility criteria, applicants may refer to the Programme Guide.
Then, multiple submission and double funding checks are carried out for all eligible applications, on the basis of the criteria described in the Programme Guide.
Applications that successfully pass the abovementioned checks are then subject to a quality assessment which is carried out with the support of external experts. The evaluation procedure differs based on the specific rules applicable to each action.
Upon completion of the selection process, all applicants are officially informed about the evaluation result through an evaluation result letter and the National Agency publishes the results on its official Erasmus+ website.
If applicants disagree with the evaluation procedure and relevant results, then they can file an appeal, following the procedure set out on the official IDEP website.
