It allows for the submission of applications for grants and accreditations for decentralized actions, as well as the creation/management of an organization’s registration.
To access the online application form, you must be logged into the platform using an EU Login account.
Note: The EU Login account used to access the online application form does not need to be the same as the one used for registering the organization in the ORS service.

Please note that applicants are permitted to open, modify, and resubmit an application that has already been submitted, until the submission deadline expires.

Eligibility, Evaluation & Applicant Notification
Applications submitted to the National Agencies undergo an eligibility check. Applicants can refer to the Programme Guide and the detailed list of eligible organisations for each field to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria.
Eligible applications go through a multiple submission check, as explained in the Programme Guide.
Applications that successfully pass these checks proceed to a quality evaluation, which varies depending on the specific rules and regulations of each Action.
Applicants receive an official letter of acknowledgement of results. Additionally, once the selection process is complete, the National Agency publishes the results of the Call on the official Erasmus+ website.
If an applicant is not in agreement with the evaluation process, they may submit an appeal, following the procedure outlined on the IDEP website.
