Beneficiaries\/Coordinators should be aware of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fraudsters tend to use email addresses of the project partners that are very similar, but never identical.\u00a0 For instance: <a href=\"mailto:james.webb@skynet.be\">webb@skynet.be<\/a> will be changed to <a href=\"mailto:james.web@skynet.be\">james.web@skynet.be<\/a>. Or the name will be identical, but the email provider will be different;<\/li>\n<li>Fraudsters will request that a transfer be made from the beneficiary\/coordinator to a\u00a0 new\u00a0 bank\u00a0 account\u00a0 for\u00a0 which\u00a0 they\u00a0 will\u00a0 submit\u00a0 forged\u00a0 documents\u00a0 from\u00a0 a\u00a0 bank showing the name and details of the project partner;<\/li>\n<li>When the funds are transferred to the wrong bank account,\u00a0 the funds are immediately withdrawn by the fraudsters, and the funds are lost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beneficiaries\/coordinators should be informed that it remains the beneficiaries\u2019 responsibility to ensure that they only deal with the identified contact people of the partner organisations.\u00a0 They should therefore adopt a\u00a0 very critical approach to correspondence received from the project partners, especially if the aim of the correspondence is to change the partner organisation\u2019s bank account.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0397 \u0395\u0395 \u03b5\u03bd\u03b7\u03bc\u03b5\u03c1\u03ce\u03bd\u03b5\u03b9 \u03b5\u03c6\u03b9\u03c3\u03c4\u03ac \u03c4\u03b7\u03bd \u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03c3\u03bf\u03c7\u03ae \u03c4\u03c9\u03bd \u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03b1\u03b9\u03bf\u03cd\u03c7\u03c9\u03bd \u03c3\u03c4\u03b1 \u03b1\u03ba\u03cc\u03bb\u03bf\u03c5\u03b8\u03b1 \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 \u03c4\u03bf\u03c5\u03c2 \u03ba\u03b1\u03bb\u03b5\u03af \u03bd\u03b1 \u03b5\u03af\u03bd\u03b1\u03b9 \u03b9\u03b4\u03b9\u03b1\u03af\u03c4\u03b5\u03c1\u03b1 \u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03c3\u03b5\u03ba\u03c4\u03b9\u03ba\u03bf\u03af \u03bc\u03b5 \u03c4\u03b9\u03c2 \u03c3\u03c5\u03bd\u03b1\u03bb\u03bb\u03b1\u03b3\u03ad\u03c2 \u03c4\u03bf\u03c5\u03c2.
