organisation wishing to apply for an accreditation or grant under Erasmus+ or the European Solidarity Corps must register with the Organisations Registration System (ORS) in order to obtain an Organisation Identification number (OID).<\/p><p>This unique identifier is used to submit an application or to become a partner in a project, under the Erasmus+ Programme (<strong>Decentralised Actions<\/strong>).<\/p><p>To do so, you must:<\/p><ul><li>create an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/cas\/eim\/external\/register.cgi\"><strong>EU\u00a0Login<\/strong><\/a> account, using a general email address of the organisation you represent (see EU Login Guide)<\/li><li>log into the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/erasmus-esc\/index\/organisations\/register-my-organisation\"><strong>ORS<\/strong><\/a> platform to register your organisation by entering all relevant information (see <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmusplus.idep.org.cy\/ergaleia\/\">ORS Guide<\/a>)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED BY THE PROGRAMME, AS PART OF THE REGISTRATION PROCESS<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>For PRIVATE ENTITIES:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p><em>Companies\/Businesses\/Enterprises<\/em><strong>:<br \/><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/publications\/business-partners-legal-entities-and-bank-accounts_en\">Identification Form<\/a> (Private Law Body)<\/li><li>Certificate of Incorporation (issued by the concerned Registrar of Companies, bearing a stamp, date and signature)<\/li><li>IBAN Certificate or Bank Account Statement, for bank details verification purposes.<\/li><li><strong>For grants exceeding 60 000 EUR, applicants may need to upload specific documents to give proof of their financial capacity: <\/strong>the balance sheet and profit and loss account of the applicant for the latest financial year that has been officially closed and reported*.<\/li><\/ul><p><em>*Newly established entities that are unable to provide the abovementioned documents for the purposes of the financial capacity check must contact the National Agency for further guidance.<\/em><\/p><p><strong><em>Non-profit organizations\/ associations\/ foundations:<\/em><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><a hidden=\"hidden\"><p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/erasmus-esc\/home\"><strong>Erasmus+\u00a0and European Solidarity Corps\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>platform serves as the single access point for the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Programmes for the period 2021-2027. It allows, among other things, the submission of applications for grants and accreditations for <strong>decentralized actions<\/strong>, as well as the updating of the organisation details that are recorded in the Organisation Registration system.<\/p><p>To access the online application forms, you must have an EU Login account. Regarding the applicable eligibility criteria, applicants may refer to the Programme Guide.<\/p><p>Then, multiple submission and double funding checks are carried out for all eligible applications, on the basis of the criteria described in the Programme Guide.<\/p><p>Applications that successfully pass the abovementioned checks are then subject to a quality assessment which is carried out with the support of external experts.
