Key Action 2 – European Partnerships for School Development
The European Partnerships for School Development offer opportunities for cooperation between school authorities and schools from different countries, aiming to:
- Improve the quality of teaching and learning through European cooperation
- Create infrastructures that enhance transnational mobility in School Education
- Adopt successful, innovative practices to improve methods, processes, and policies in the sector of School Education
Sector of Application:
KA240-SCH School Education
- The applicant organisation (coordinator) must be a local or regional school authority, or a school coordinating body, established in an EU Member State or in a third country associated with the Programme.
- The applicant organisation submits the application on behalf of all participating organisations to the National Agency of its country.

Ο ελάχιστος αριθμός συμμετεχόντων οργανισμών στην κοινοπραξία είναι 2, από δύο διαφορετικές Χώρες.
Ανά OID και προθεσμία, το ανώτατο όριο αιτήσεων για τις αιτήσεις που υποβάλλονται αθροιστικά στους τομείς SCH, VET, ADU και YOU είναι 10. Κάθε OID μπορεί να λειτουργήσει ως αιτητής για 1 μόνο αίτηση ανά Προθεσμία.
Επιλέξιμες Δραστηριότητες
Οι οργανισμοί μπορούν να επιλέξουν και να υλοποιήσουν ένα ευρύ φάσμα δραστηριοτήτων, που συμβάλουν ι στην επίτευξη των στόχων του σχεδίου τους, ανάλογα με το εύρος και τις ικανότητες της σύμπραξης. Τα τρία είδη δραστηριοτήτων, που λαμβάνουν χώρα στo πλαίσιo μίας Σύμπραξης Μικρής Κλίμακας, είναι τα ακόλουθα:

Eligible Organisations
- Schools of pre-primary, primary, or secondary education, public or private
- Local or regional authority, or coordinating body of schools in a country participating in the Erasmus+ Programme
- Organisations originating from: a) EU Member States; b) Third Countries associated with the Programme.
- The minimum number of organisations that can participate in the consortium is six (6), from two (2) different Programme countries.
- Each consortium must include one (1) coordinating authority and two (2) schools, originating from at least two (2) different countries.
- Each OID may submit only one application as coordinator per deadline. Its participation as a partner in other applications is unrestricted.

Eligible Activities

Organisations may select and implement predefined activities to achieve the objectives of their project, according to the needs and their priorities. The three main types of activities carried out within the framework of a European Partnership for School Development are as follows:
- Essential for ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the project.
- Defined in the Erasmus+ Programme Guide and classified into two main categories:
- A. Improving the quality of learning and teaching at school
- B. Capacity building for cross-border cooperation in school education
- These concern activities aimed at ensuring the long-term impact of the project.
- in the countries of the participating organisations,
- in a city hosting an EU institutional body, provided the activities are hosted or organised in cooperation with such institutions,
- in a third country, provided they concern exclusively the exchange of results.
Duration of Projects
36 months
Funding Rules
The funding model is based on a pre-defined lump sum grant, which corresponds to the total grant amount for the project and covers all its eligible activities and results.
Available lump sum:
- EUR 400 000
