take into account the following:<\/p><p><strong>Program guide<\/strong>: Read the program guide to familiarize yourself with the regulations of the action for which you are applying for funding.<\/p><p><strong>Training by the national agency:\u00a0<\/strong>Attend training events organised by the national agency, during which you can receive information about the action you are interested in, the funding opportunities that fall under this action, the application process and the application itself.<\/p><p><strong>If needed, look for partners on the following platforms or through your participation in training and collaboration activities.<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>European School Education Platform (<a href=\"https:\/\/school-education.ec.europa.eu\/en\">European School Education Platform<\/a>)<\/li><li>Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe (<a href=\"https:\/\/epale.ec.europa.eu\/en\">EPALE<\/a>)<\/li><li>Training and Cooperation Activities (<a the7-e-tab-text-content\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"the7-e-tab-title-5952\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>Every institution\/organization\/school\/informal youth group or consortium coordinator that intends to participate in the Erasmus+ program must register in the <a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/erasmus-esc\/index\/organisations\/register-my-organisation\">Organisation Registration System (ORS)<\/a>. Registration results in obtaining an OID identifier code. (Organisation ID). You can find instructions for creating OID <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmusplus.idep.org.cy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Odhgies-gia-dhmioyrgia-OID.pdf\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p>If you are not sure if your organization already has an OID number, you have the option to search for the organization on the platform, so as to avoid multiple registrations. Additionally, you can check if all the files\/information that have been registered are still valid or if they need to be updated.<\/p><p>To find your organization&#8217;s OID, use the search option on the ORS platform by entering the name of your institution\/organization.<\/p><p>\u2013 If you wish to participate in an Erasmus+ action for the first time, then you can register your organization directly on the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform and thus, you will obtain an identification code \u2013 OID.<\/p><p>\u2013 If your organisation will continue to participate in central actions managed by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) or if you are a new organisation wishing to participate in such actions, then you will need a PIC, so you will need to register your organisation and manage your information on <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/portal\/screen\/how-to-participate\/participant-register\">Funding and Tenders Portal<\/a>\u00a0(registration platform for central actions).<\/p><p><strong>MANDATORY DOCUMENTS<\/strong><\/p><p>Once the organisation or informal youth group has obtained the unique OID code, the following forms should be uploaded in the Organisations &gt; The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/idep.org.cy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IV.1a_-_EPlus_Guide_for_experts_on_quality_assessment_2026_v1.pdf\"><strong>evaluation process<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a> varies depending on the rules and regulations of each Action.<\/p><p>Applicants receive an official letter of notification of results.
